About me:

I discovered Zumba in 2009 and since taking my first class I found the soonest workshop to become a certified Zumba instructor. I am hooked! I absolutely LOVE teaching Zumba and sharing the party with others.

If you are looking for a fun, high-energy, calorie burning workout to the hottest tunes out there, come check out my classes! No dance experience necessary. All levels welcome - if you have a heartbeat, you can Zumba! It's excercise in disguise! So ditch that boring treadmill or elliptical machine and come join the party! You'll even leave with some moves to take out of the gym and onto the dance floor! So come on out ---Get fit and have fun doing it!!!!
